LabTools is not a finished commercial product. It is in active development and is described here as it currently exists. Features not yet built are not listed.
LabTools is a desktop platform for scientific data analysis. It covers the path a dataset takes from raw numbers to a figure in a manuscript, without moving between separate tools at each step.
Plot to figure to manuscript
Analysis, figure assembly and manuscript drafting operate on the same underlying data. A figure references the dataset that produced it, so changing the analysis updates the figure rather than requiring it to be rebuilt by hand.
